Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders or purchases in respect of which the User has already received an order confirmation.

VELAS DE IBIZA reserves the right to vary the mode of delivery and the company by which it is made, regardless of what is stated in these pages and provided that it does not entail manifest damage to the client.

ATTENTION: in no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.

Orders can be placed 365 days a year, at any time, except when the service is suspended for maintenance or other commercial circumstances and/or force majeure.

Any order is subject to product availability. In the event that it is not possible to deliver an order due to supply problems or insufficient stock, the user will have the option to wait until the product is available or cancel the order.

VELAS DE IBIZA ships every day from Monday to Friday with the integrated service provider, and the delivery time is 24 hours.

All orders placed on Friday after 13:00 p.m. and/or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

The user can track his order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. We recommend that you group all your items in one order.

We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each order individually.

We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. Your items will be professionally packaged and well protected for transport.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. According to art. Art.71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. The expenses generated by the return of the product will be borne by the buyer (Art. 101.1 RDLg 1/2007).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must notify VELAS DE IBIZA of his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or email). The client may use the withdrawal form model that is included at the end of these conditions, although its use is not mandatory.

You only have to send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return perfectly packaged. In the event that the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.

VELAS DE IBIZA will return all payments received from the client in the same way that it has been made, provided that the products are returned under the conditions established here.


Any package that you wish to return will have to be sent by a transport or postal company.

We advise you to protect your item(s), as you will be responsible for any possible damages suffered during the trip.

In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by VELAS DE IBIZA during the first month after its sale.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed indissociably with other goods.

In case of disagreement with the management of a claim in the warranty period or in order to detail any consideration in this regard about the product, you can always contact our customer service manager during business hours by phone.


The customer can cancel the purchase process as long as it has not been fully processed and has not left our warehouse. In order to ensure such cancellation by the customer, it is advisable to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE.

In case the order has been sent before your call, it will then be considered as a return.


If for any reason, attributable to it, VELAS DE IBIZA could not meet the delivery date, it will contact the User to inform them of this circumstance and they may choose to go ahead with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. In any case, home deliveries are made on working days.

If it is impossible to deliver the order due to the User's absence, the order may be returned to the warehouse.

In the event that 30 days elapse since your order is available for delivery, and it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to VELAS DE IBIZA, it will be understood that the User wishes to withdraw from the contract and it will be considered terminated.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the delivery has occurred or that the order has been delivered at the moment in which the User or a third party indicated by the User acquires material possession of the products, which will be accredited by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

The risks that may arise from the products will be borne by the User from the moment of delivery. The User acquires ownership of the products when he receives full payment of all amounts owed in relation to the purchase made, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if it takes place after the date of delivery. full receipt of the amount to be paid.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax (VAT), purchase orders for delivery and / or provision will be understood to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at all times depending on the specific article in question.


The User is informed that in the event that he detects that an error has occurred when entering the necessary data to process his purchase request on the Website, he may modify them by contacting VELAS DE IBIZA through the spaces of contact information enabled on the Website, and, where appropriate, through those authorized to contact customer service, and/or using the contact information provided in the first clause (General Information). Likewise, this information could also be corrected by the User through his personal connection space to the Website.

Likewise, the User is referred to consult the Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use to obtain more information on how to exercise their right of rectification as established in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Data Protection. Personal Character.


These are all those cases in which the User considers that, at the time of delivery, the product does not comply with the provisions of the contract or purchase order, and that, therefore, they should contact VELAS DE IBIZA immediately and let you know of the existing disagreement (defect/error) by the same means or using the contact information provided in the previous section (Right of Withdrawal).

The User will then be informed about how to proceed with the return of the products, and these, once returned, will be examined and the User will be informed, within a reasonable period of time, if the refund or, where appropriate, the replacement of the same. .

The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.

The amount paid for those products that are returned due to a defect, when it really exists, will be fully reimbursed, including delivery costs and costs that the User may have incurred to make the return. The refund will be made by the same means of payment that the User used to pay for the purchase.

In any case, the rights recognized in the legislation in force at all times for the User, as consumer and user, will always be respected.


Unless otherwise provided by law, VELAS DE IBIZA will not accept any responsibility for the following losses, regardless of their origin:

● Any losses that were not attributable to any default on your part.

● Business losses (including lost profits, income, contracts, expected savings, data, loss of goodwill or unnecessary expenses incurred).

● Any other indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time the contract for the sale of the products was formalized between both parties.

● VELAS DE IBIZA will act with the utmost diligence in order to make the product object of the purchase order available to the company in charge of transporting it. However, it is not responsible for damages arising from a malfunction of transport, especially due to causes such as strikes, highway retentions, and in general any other typical of the sector, which derive in delays, losses or theft of the product.

● Technical failures that, due to fortuitous causes or of another nature, prevent the normal operation of the service through the Internet. Lack of availability of the Website for maintenance or other reasons, which prevents the availability of the service. VELAS DE IBIZA puts all the means at its disposal in order to carry out the process of purchase, payment and shipment/delivery of the products, however it is exempt from liability for causes that are not attributable to it, acts of God or force majeure.

● VELAS DE IBIZA will not be responsible for the misuse and/or wear of the products that have been used by the User. At the same time, VELAS DE IBIZA will not be responsible for an erroneous return made by the User. It is the User's responsibility to return the correct product.

● In general, VELAS DE IBIZA will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations assumed, when it is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control, that is, due to force major, and this may include, by way of example but not exhaustive:
o Strikes, lockouts or other protest measures.
o Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or not), or threat or preparations for war.
o Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
o Impossibility of using trains, ships, planes, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.
o Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
o Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.

In this way, the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the cause of force majeure continues, and VELAS DE IBIZA will have an extension in the term to fulfill them for a period of time equal to the duration of the cause of force majeure.

VELAS DE IBIZA will use all reasonable means to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations despite the force majeure event.

NULLITY: If any of these Conditions were declared null and void by a final resolution issued by a competent authority, the rest of the clauses will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Velas de Ibiza collection products, if that doesn't suit you, you can return the products by following the procedure below.

You have 7 days after receiving your order to send us your products. They must be in their original package, unbroken, sealed and unused.

Transportation costs will be your responsibility. Thus, during the refund, we will deduct them.

Packing instructions:
For its return it must be perfectly packaged in case of deterioration or breakage we will not be able to pay it.

When the delivery of your order check:
With the carrier, that the products are in good condition and that they have not suffered any damage during transport. However, it is normal for the shipping card to include signs of wear.

Returns due to transportation:
If your items have been subjected to significant damage during transport, do not accept the package and return it, noting the carrier.
If you become aware of damage to a product after the carrier's departure, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer service.

IMPORTANT: Take photos or a short video of the box and damaged product, keep the box, packaging and damaged items.

Once the package has returned to our warehouse, we can, at your choice, refund it or return with a new product.
